Our vicar will arrange to meet with you to discuss the preparations for the day and to choose what you want to include in the service. The organist, and bells can enhance the worship and you may have friends or family that would like to give a special reading. It’s possible to use the church sound system if there is a piece of music that’s particularly significant for you.
The wedding day is just the beginning of the story. Your relationship will hopefully last forever. To help with this St Mary's church runs a marriage preparation session for those getting married in our church. It’s a relaxed and informal time looking at some of the issues that face couples in their relationship together.
