Christmas

Latest Update to Services

The Christmas services at St Marys will go ahead as planned but for Midnight Communion, Early Morning Communion, and the Family Celebration you are requested to book a place in church. Please email andrewpetit@virginmedia.com, take a lateral flow test before coming and to wear a mask throughout the service. Only the 10.00 am Family Celebration will be on Zoom. The crib service will take place in the Laurence Hall garden.

Christmas Eve
Crib service
 Friday 24th December 2021  Time: 4:30pm - 5:30pm
In the light of the Omicron Covid infections, we had decided to hold this service in the garden of the Laurence Hall, Church Road (OX10 9PP).  However, it now seems that heavy rain is forecast for late afternoon tomorrow, so sadly we have had to take the decision to cancel the crib service completely.

We were going to base the service on the Bible Society's children's book for this Christmas: The impossible promise
